1. Full payment for the workshop  must be made to confirm the
booking and reserve the place on the course.

2. You will be contacted by Tara McCarthy, your workshop coordinator,  by email closer to the date of your course with  all the information you need to ensure an enjoyable workshop experience.

IWM is supported by Bromley’s Art Supplies and information will be given to enable you to purchase materials from this leading UK supplier.

3. Workshop days are 10 am to 4.00pm in purpose ready teaching rooms adjacent to the main IWM2024 Exhibition Arena.

4. There will be plenty of rest breaks, tea and coffee are included for workshop students ,and Lilleshall has all facilities including free parking.

5. Workshop students get free access to the Main exhibition and demonstrations on the days their workshop is running.

6.  The student will receive a refund of 75% of the amount paid if cancellation is made
no later than 6 full weeks before the commencement date of the workshop.
7. If the student cancels within 6 weeks of the workshop commencement then no
refund will be given.
8.. In the event that the Organisers are forced to cancel the workshop then the
student will receive a total refund of the amount paid.
9.. IWM and its servants and agents will not be liable for any breach of this
agreement caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
10. Data received by IWM in connection with the workshop booking will only be used
by IWM to communicate IWM news or Information and will not be shared with third
parties. You may opt out of receiving future communications by confirming same by
Email to the organiser.

11. In the interests of student comfort, the number of students in each workshop will be limited to ensure maximum personal attention from their tutor. Early booking therefore is recommended to avoid disappointment

12. If you would like to change from one workshop to another, we will do our best to accommodate you if workshop spaces remain.
