Co Co Nguyen was born in Vietnam and currently lives in France. She holds a bachelor in Law from the University of Ho Chi Minh City. She is a self-taught artist.
She has exhibited around the world. She received the highest award from FACE India for her leadership in women’s arts which was held in New Delhi in December 2017. She has organized many events and introduced the watercolor art of Vietnam to the world.
“I am attracted to light and contrast. The paintings I do are usually of pure things and people to express the desire to find happiness and hope. I draw in an impressionist style and express the emotions of things and phenomena through subject and color”.
